Wasn't this changed a bit and featured again under new ownership in the 80's?

A couple of Chch guys, metal polisher Trevor Gifford (may have been rebuilt twice due to an argument with a power pole or something like that.... some of the :D "older Chch guys" :D will know more than me) & Tony Pascoe (Rodbenders) was the last time I saw it (Candy Apple Red & Blown.... looked bloody good), I think the motor is now in his '34 Coupe.

That's the name. Looking back at an older thread here, it was apparently sold to Japan.

'Car went south alright, owner was a metal polisher(Trevor?)added blower plus mega Chrome, she was sold and now resides in a car collection in Japan, originally built fenderless in the 70's by Bruce Hubber in Auckland, one of the 'out of the square' features was the choice of suspension, torsion bars on four corners, might catch on 1 day,aye Greg?'

I have already posted this somewhere else on here but I guess it belongs here.
Here are a couple of pictures I took of Garys Bucket in the Wellington Hotrod Show held in Lower Hutt 198? I could check the date as I still have a show poster around here somewhere.
Sorry about the quality

I've feeling the blown motor ended up in a T-bucket down here in Balclutha - "The Toy".
