So you can remember TNT in the TV interlude travelling along side the JA steam loco along the Canterbury plains to the sound of Booker T and the MG'S Time is Tight. Heck that was the car that screamed HOT ROD to me.

First saw it in about 1968, running around in primer for a month or two while Barry 'tested it'!

First hot rod I ever saw close up.

I remember that TV interlude well.Thats one of the causes for my hot rodding bug :p .
that has to be one of the best looking T buckets ever..

Anyone know how I can get my hands on footage of that interlude, Been trying to track it down for years, TVNZ wern't much help. Be nice to get a copy for dad as he's told me about it for years, was when Bob Jarvis had it just after dad sold it. Cheers Jason.

Gidday Jason , was Bob Jarvis related to Ross Jarvis from Timaru ,had a black FJ ,wire wheels ,red inside ?
