this was attempt number two at bucket building, decided to build this one low as I could manage. Used same running gear with quarter elliptics and top triangle link to locate diff, went really well and was my only vehicle on several occasions, it had a top that was pretty low as well, made getting in and out interesting(not sure I could manage it now)

just looking at the photo of bucket#2. the side pipes were made from mk3 zephyr drive shafts (tapered) and each had half a coby muffler welded inside for noise control, not very effective but used to pass warrents ok. not sure it would these days LOL.

channeled 34 coupe running tunnel rammed 327 through Muncie to ranchie diff, this vehicle was dismantled and the front end went into my model A pickup the engine done a turn in my jet boat then back to it's owner. the body and chassis went to Auckland ( I think, in the late 90's) it was still in good nick when I last saw it not long before sold, a cut and polish to the red metalflake applied in the 70's and it would have gone back on the street. the owner may wish to add more it's not really my place to go into to much detail on behalf of others. as an aside this thing could really haul ass

Westport, I guess the 34 coupe gave it away, right?

If anyone knows where the coupe ended up or the owners on here I would love to know what become of it, It's funny how when you do work on a vehicle you can form a connection, I always had a soft spot for this machine. I guess same go's for my 28 pickup, would like to think it's in good hands.
