Default New Rebuild by a novice

    Hello all

New here and pretty darn new to hotrodding ... was always a motorcycle lad. But newly arrived family and a little bit of pressure from the better half and the rapidly increasing number of near calls due to clueless drivers I decided it was time to follow the dream of owning a hotrod. But having no budget and no idea I decided to start small and get an affordable T-Bucket. It was supposed to be a quick fix up and on the road. Well to cut a long story short, Little fixup turned into a fairly large rebuild, and throw in another new baby my so called "she will be on the road in a month ..." has now turned into 20months with no end in sight and since I am learning as I go along everything takes 3 times as long.

I would be interested if anybody recognizes it and could provide some history, I purchased from a kind chap in Christchurch who supposedly got it from Nelson. Thats all the history I know.

Now been a geek I have documented my complete novice rebuild, warts & errors for all the world to see. So go have a look and a laugh, be kind ...

And here is the RattyT the day it arrived ....
