Satin Black would definately be easiest.
We got some more of the front done over the weekend, in between getting the midget all nice and shiney.
No work next weekend as it's the start of the Europen Drag Racing season so I'll be off wahtching my first fuellers of the year.

They certainly do, great huges dumps of the stuff, which is one reason why most rods get locked away for the winter, with just the very occasional run to keep them warm...

And so, on with the front end repairs...
Jon started with a flat piece of steel, some snips, a hammer and a Black and Decker workmate and produces these jigsaw pieces.

This is the starting point after the rot had been cut out

First one to go in was the replacement kick panel

Followed by the new inner sill

Tack weld the new outrigger in, the top of the old one needs grinding down ready for the floor to go in above it.

And then patch in the front of the A-Pillar
