Roger Davidson is a good friend of myself & best mate to my Twin Bro ,Phil,plus our late Brother Paul.
Roger is a top welder ,fabricator, who done a lot of work on many Rods in the Ashburton area.He even built me a trailer for work about 15 years ago,its done about 700,000 km/s .never ever broke ,and still in use today.
The story indicates he likes a beer or 10 , he did ,but and accident with my brother after leaving the pub heading out to Honks place with a power pole made him realise he could have killed his mate , Roger never ever touched a drop from that day !
Roger was known for being very 'thrifty' ...hard to extract dollars from his wallet , well , he was the clubs 'money man' for many years while we were both in Americar's Rod & Custom club.He also ran the bar at the clubrooms a lot , one day he opened his wallet at a club meeting while seated at the front bench , and a bloody MOTH flew out !! ,every one saw it ,the rest is history........... haha

Got my issue last night, loved the green hornet article, laughed my ass off about the wicker chair! I've had a couple nights like that, I would have been Charlie except there was a bean bag involved!
